We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing your purchased content and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your support request.
  • Service Not as Described: If the templates, tools, or features you purchased are materially different from what was advertised on our website.
  • Account Access Problems: If you are unable to access your account or purchased content due to technical errors on our end.

Refunds NOT Available For

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not available for the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply decided you no longer want the product or changed your mind after purchase.
  • Lack of Use: If you purchased access but didn't use the templates, tools, or tutorials.
  • Buyer's Remorse: If you found similar content elsewhere or decided to pursue a different business model.
  • Downloaded Content: Once you have downloaded templates or accessed premium tutorials, the content cannot be "returned."
  • User Error: Issues caused by incorrect use of the templates or tools, lack of design skills, or incompatible software on your end.
  • Business Results: We do not guarantee specific sales, income, or business results from using our templates or tools.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under our policy, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number/receipt and account email address.

  4. Include screenshots or error messages if applicable.
  5. Allow our support team 48 hours to attempt to resolve the issue before proceeding with a refund.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Your access to Premium or Basic features will be immediately revoked upon refund.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
  • It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion:

  • If you've used a portion of the service but experienced significant technical issues.
  • If specific features or templates were unavailable or not as described, but other content was accessible.
  • On a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company or payment provider without first contacting us, you will be immediately banned from our service and lose access to all content. Please contact us directly first so we can resolve any issues amicably.

Upgrades from Basic to Premium

If you purchase Basic Access and later upgrade to Premium, the upgrade payment is non-refundable. However, the original 7-day guarantee applies to your initial Basic purchase if requested before upgrading.
