Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Print Studio Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to access and use Print Studio Pro for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

• You must not redistribute or resell our templates as standalone files
• You may use templates to create physical or digital products for sale
• You must not claim ownership of original template designs
• Premium content is licensed only to paying subscribers

Template Licensing & Commercial Use

What You CAN Do:

• Use templates to create physical products (t-shirts, mugs, posters, etc.) for sale on print-on-demand platforms like Printify, Printful, Redbubble, Etsy, Amazon Merch, etc.
• Customize and modify templates for your own projects
• Create unlimited products for commercial sale using our templates
• Use templates for client work (if you're a designer or agency)
• Combine elements from multiple templates into new designs

What You CANNOT Do:

• Resell or redistribute templates as digital files, template packs, or design resources
• Share your account access or templates with others
• Claim that you created the original template designs
• Use templates in ways that violate trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of third parties
• Create competing template marketplaces or libraries using our designs
• Reverse engineer or extract design elements to create similar template collections

All templates include a commercial license for creating and selling products. You retain rights to any products you create using our templates. Print Studio Pro retains ownership of the original template designs.

Access Tiers & Pricing

We offer two one-time payment tiers for lifetime access:

• Basic Access ($19.99): 100+ professional templates, essential design tools, 5 free tutorials, email support
• Premium Access ($29.99): 500+ premium templates, all advanced design tools, all tutorials & guides, priority support, exclusive content

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. We reserve the right to modify pricing for new users, but existing members maintain their lifetime access at the original tier purchased. See our Refund Policy for information about refunds.

No Guarantee of Results:

We do not guarantee specific sales results, income, profits, or business success from using Print Studio Pro templates, tools, or tutorials. Your success depends on many factors including but not limited to: your effort, marketing skills, product selection, market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, and customer demand.

Templates Provided "As-Is":

All templates, tools, and content are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about profitability, trend accuracy, or suitability for specific markets or platforms. You are responsible for conducting your own market research and ensuring compliance with platform policies.

Premium Subscription

Premium access is a one-time payment of $29.99 for lifetime access to:

• 500+ Premium Templates
• Advanced Design Tools
• Priority Support
• Premium Tutorials and Guides

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Premium access is non-refundable once granted. We reserve the right to modify pricing for new subscribers but existing premium members maintain lifetime access.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

All templates, tools, tutorials, and content provided by Print Studio Pro are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a license to use these materials as described, but ownership remains with Print Studio Pro.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use our service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your premium account credentials with others
• Scrape or automatically collect content from our service
• Upload malicious code or viruses

Limitation of Liability

Print Studio Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for premium access, if applicable.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
